Renovation was carried out for the spring water aged udon noodles restaurant, MUGINO MORI. The shop was completely transformed from its existing layout and even extended with the addition of a wooden door, cash register counter, desk, and tatami benches, all handcrafted by Sobokuya. This renovation reflects Sobokuya’s commitment to craftsmanship and the owner’s vision for the business, distinct from that of an ordinary home.

Situated along General Route 141, which connects Nirasaki City in Yamanashi Prefecture to Ueda City in Nagano Prefecture, many may have noticed this property during the renovation. The restaurant features 50 seats inside, three parking areas accommodating up to 50 cars, and a cozy tatami room. MUGINO MORI is an udon restaurant designed for families to enjoy.
